This really adds to my confidence checking clubs on the airplane because I have seen baggage handlers drop golf bags on their tops and use them to bridge across gaps stacking more bags on top. The interior post will help protect from both of these abuses. <br /> <br />This one works great, there's three telescoping sections, allowing for easy adjustment to a wide range of lengths by pushing in the spring-loaded buttons and sliding the tubes up and down. This extends to past your longest club and is very sturdy. It will survive the falling weight of your whole bag if the clubs come off at baggage claim club heads first.
